各省、自治區(qū)、直轄市高級(jí)人民法院，解放軍軍事法院，新疆維吾爾自治區(qū)高級(jí)人民法院生產(chǎn)建設(shè)兵團(tuán)分院：
黨的十八大以來，人民法院在以習(xí)近平同志為核心的黨中央領(lǐng)導(dǎo)下，持續(xù)深化司法體制改革，深入開展國際司法交流合作，中國特色社會(huì)主義司法制度更加成熟更加定型，我國司法國際形象和影響力不斷提升。人民法院組織法、法官法修訂完成后，一些司法改革最新成果的英譯文亟待確定。隨著更高層次改革開放加速推進(jìn)，國際司法交流合作日益深入，涉外案件和司法協(xié)助業(yè)務(wù)穩(wěn)步增長，更有必要進(jìn)一步規(guī)范人民法院組織結(jié)構(gòu)、職務(wù)名稱、工作場所的英譯文。
為落實(shí)習(xí)近平總書記關(guān)于加強(qiáng)我國國際傳播能力建設(shè)的重要指示，推進(jìn)對(duì)外法治宣傳，講好中國法治故事，完善新時(shí)代人民法院的國際交流合作、涉外案件審判機(jī)制，推動(dòng)形成更高層次改革開放新格局，最高人民法院經(jīng)廣泛征求意見，就人民法院組織機(jī)構(gòu)、職務(wù)名稱、工作場所的英譯文作出規(guī)范，現(xiàn)印發(fā)給你們。請(qǐng)?jiān)趪H交流合作、涉外案件審理、雙語標(biāo)識(shí)制作中結(jié)合實(shí)際遵照?qǐng)?zhí)行。《關(guān)于規(guī)范法院名稱及法院工作人員職務(wù)英譯文的通知》（法外〔2004〕230號(hào)）同時(shí)廢止。
